Since 2021, Vincy has taught policy communications, professional communication, and academic writing at ISPP. She also leads ISPP’s latest research initiative – the Case Study Centre – which is dedicated to developing a bank of indigenous policy case studies for educating public policy actors. Before joining ISPP, she worked as a researcher with the Centre for Policy Research for over five years, specialising in state capacity and social policies. During this period, she undertook projects for prominent clients, including the World Bank, Delhi’s Child Protection Commission, and the National Commission on Leveraging Panchayati Raj.

For three months in 2022, she managed the state research vertical for a political consultancy in Hyderabad. She also has experience working with media outlets such as Hindustan Times and Candour Communications, a PR firm. Vincy holds an MA in Political Science and BA (Hons.) in Journalism from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University.
