Sarika is passionate about building inclusive businesses creating a positive social and economic impact. Currently, Sarika is pursuing her next passion to reimagine higher education. As part of the founding leadership team at Plaksha University, she is responsible for fundraising, donor stewardship and industry partnerships for one of the largest collective philanthropy and build a world-class tech university. Prior to this, Sarika started her entrepreneurial journey in 2011 and had successfully built BeyonDiversity, a purpose-driven social enterprise. BeyonDiversity is recognized as one of the Global Top 10 Diversity Consulting firms. She also has over two decades of experience across Investment banking with Merrill Lynch and ICICI Bank handling clients across India, Europe, SE Asia and USA. Sarika is also a Board member and advisor for Non-Profits & startups. She contributes frequently to leading publications and also a recognised speaker in global forums, industry associations, and academic institutions on social innovation, inclusive leadership, gender issues, and entrepreneurship.
