Regional Development Consultant
Golan Naulak is a policy and development professional with over 10 years of working with governments, NGOs and community organizations in North East India.He has worked in education, health, climate change sectors focussing on policy research, advocacy, government advisory and liaisoning in these areas. He has managed, initiated and piloted projects from MoEFCC, FAO, Swiss Agency for Development Corporation, GIZ, ICIMOD, IIM Calcutta, MDONER on mountain agriculture and livelihoods, climate change programmes including sustainable mountain development summits, state level workshops and regional roundtables. He was Assistant Professor at St. Joseph’s College, Bangalore. Program Director at Integrated Mountain Initiative, Sikkim and Director Policy and Partnerships for Star Manipur a state led educational initiative. He has also worked and engaged extensively with NGOs, media houses, grassroots organisations in the north east region.
